Recommendations are drawn from data gathered from third-party sources and public listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy of hours, pricing, availability, or venue details. Always confirm with the venue directly before going.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account. OutDuet is free for couples and families - one household covers both adults and children's profiles at no cost.
Handles (your @username and the public passport URL it creates) are licensed to you, not owned by you, and are provided on a first-come basis. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to reclaim, reassign, rename, suspend, or remove any handle - including reclaiming an inactive, impersonating, misleading, infringing, offensive, or brand-conflicting handle, or one that squats on a name others may reasonably want. A handle may change if it violates these terms or if we need it for operational, legal, or trademark reasons. You may not sell, transfer, or trade handles.
Businesses may pay to promote a venue. Promoted placements are always clearly labeled and are only shown to members the venue is relevant to. Placement is based on fit and is never sold as the guaranteed top result. Where a promotion states a minimum number of matched appearances (times the venue is shown to members actively planning nearby), we guarantee that minimum for the paid period or extend the promotion at no additional charge; we make no other guarantee of specific placement or results. We may decline or remove any promotion at our discretion. Promotion fees are billed per the terms shown at purchase.
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our systems, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
